1. General Requirements

Be between 18 and 25 years old (including those turning 25 in 2025)
Attach a certified copy of your ID to your application
Demonstrate the ability to speak, read, and write in English
Have passed Matric, with at least 50% in English (Mathematics will be an advantage)
Attach a certified copy of your Matric certificate to your application
Submit your Matric preliminary exam results if you are currently completing Matric
Show that you are computer literate
Confirm that you are currently unemployed and/or have no work experience
Ensure that you are not studying at any other institution and do not hold any post-Matric qualifications
Confirm that you are not registered for any other learnership
Display a genuine interest in building a career in Short-Term Insurance and a strong passion for learning
