The Ward Clerk will be responsible for:
- Communicating and interacting with all levels of personnel with tact and diplomacy.
- Managing multiple, competing work demands with flexibility and sound judgment.
- Maintaining schedules and calendars, planning and organizing meetings, and coordinating external visitors.
- Performing stock control duties and ensuring accurate billing of patient charge sheets.
- Handling secretarial tasks and administrative support including ordering supplies.
- Applying sound knowledge of medical stock and billing.
- Demonstrating good telephone etiquette and customer service.
- Managing high-value products with accuracy and accountability.
