💼 What Does a General Stock Clerk Do?
This job is all about keeping track of stock, making sure everything is counted correctly, and ensuring the storeroom stays neat and organized. You’ll also be working closely with suppliers and other departments to ensure the store runs smoothly. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and have a good eye for detail, this could be the perfect job for you!

📌 Your Responsibilities Will Include:
✅ Checking all stock that comes in and out of the store.
✅ Updating stock records to make sure everything is counted correctly.
✅ Managing stock orders and working with suppliers to track deliveries.
✅ Reporting any stock shortages, missing items, or damages.
✅ Keeping the stockroom clean and organized.
✅ Assisting with promotions, sales displays, and store housekeeping.
✅ Helping the store team manage stock levels and customer orders.
✅ Making sure deliveries are correct and reporting any issues.
✅ Supporting the team to ensure excellent customer service.

✔️ Matric (High School Certificate)
✔️ Fluent in English
✔️ Live within 15km of the job location
✔️ Clear criminal record

✨ Previous experience as a stock clerk or in retail
✨ Experience handling stock and organizing storage areas
✨ Familiarity with receiving and dispatching stock
