About the Learnership Programme
The Khumani Iron Ore Mine Learnerships are designed to help learners grow and develop within the company while equipping them with industry-relevant skills. Learners will be appointed on a 24-month fixed-term contract and will receive a monthly stipend according to the company’s remuneration practices. Minimum Entry Requirements
To be considered for the learnerships, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science (compulsory).
- Must be medically fit as per the Mine Health and Safety Act (29/1996).
- A valid Code B/EB driver’s license.
- Willingness to undergo training on different shifts.
Skills and Competencies
Khumani Mine is looking for learners who have:
- Basic computer skills.
- Good hand-eye-foot-ear coordination.
- Willingness to work hard and learn continuously.
- Discipline and the ability to follow instructions.
Training Details
