Learnership Purpose
The KFC Fast Food Services Learnership (NQF Level 3) is a 12-month program designed for South African youth eager to build a career in the fast-food industry. It combines 4 months of theoretical training with 8 months of practical experience in KFC outlets, equipping participants with essential skills in food preparation, customer service, and restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and apply theoretical knowledge in fast-food service operations.
- Perform practical tasks such as food preparation, cooking, and customer service under supervision.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in line with KFC’s policies.
- Engage with customers to deliver excellent service and uphold brand standards.
- Participate in stock management, order processing, and team collaboration.
- Complete assigned tasks to achieve the NQF Level 3 qualification.
Eligibility Criteria
- Grade 12/Matric certificate (essential).
- Strong command of the English language (essential).
- South African citizenship with a valid ID.
- Passion for the fast-food industry and willingness to learn.
