Overview:
The JumpStart Retail Frontline Programme is designed to unlock entry-level retail opportunities for matriculated youth. This two-week skills development course includes an online life skills course, in-person training and interviews, and one week of hands-on work experience in a retail setting. This work readiness programme aims to enhance the employability of young individuals.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Age between 18 to 33 years
- South African applicant
Required Skills and Experience:
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are beneficial)
- Highly motivated and target-driven
