Minimum Requirements
Candidates should hold a qualification in the relevant field at NQF Level 6 as recognized by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) in one of the following:
- Public Administration
- Business Administration
- Economics
- Development Studies
- Finance
- Accounting
- Commerce
- Social Sciences
- Social Security
Duties
The incumbent will:
- Assist by providing grants customer care services
- Screen and capture grants applications including beneficiary maintenance functions
- Administer medical bookings and assessments
- Provide off-site grants application services to clients
- Perform scanning and batching of grants files
