Imerys Boilermaker Learnership 2025

Imerys is accepting applications for Boilermaker Learnership programme.

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

Adhering to company Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Maintaining good housekeeping standards.
Following task-related SOPs and checklists at all times.
Properly using documentation applicable to assigned tasks.
Assisting the line manager with various tasks as outlined in objectives.
Compiling daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
Attending college classes on a 3-month block basis as scheduled by the company.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

Must be aged 18-35 years and a member of a community youth group.
Grade 12/Matric qualification.
Minimum requirement of Boilermaker N3.
Must be medically fit (as per the Mine Health and Safety Act).
Must complete the Mine Health and Safety Induction successfully.
Should be self-motivated and eager to learn.
Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
