Job Purpose:
To provide dedicated administrative support for the migration of qualification documentation into approved submission templates, ensuring that all required annexures and supporting documentation are accurately structured, formatted and prepared for internal quality review and regulatory submission.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Transfer qualification documentation from existing programme packs into approved submission templates.
Compile, format and organise annexures and supporting evidence into structured submission packs.
Ensure correct sequencing, labelling and version control of documentation.
Update institutional terminology and formatting in line with approved template requirements.
Maintain an accurate project tracker reflecting progress and outstanding items.
Submit completed packs for internal QA review and implement required corrections within agreed timelines.
Participate in virtual training and alignment sessions as required.
Adhere strictly to confidentiality and data protection requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
Experience
1–3 years’ experience in academic administration, quality assurance support, regulatory documentation, or structured document management.
Strong computer literacy (essential).
Advanced MS Word skills (non-negotiable).
Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills (including use of formulas and data tracking tools).
Access to own laptop capable of running Microsoft Office applications.
Stable and reliable internet connection suitable for full-time remote work.
