The successful candidate will be required to sign a performance agreement.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
- No prior work experience required
- A three-year National Diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification at NQF Level 6 (360 credits) as recognised by SAQA will be an added advantage
- Introduction to PERSAL Certificate will be an added advantage
Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of the PERSAL system
- Understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administrative, planning, and organising skills
- Computer literacy and typing skills
- Time management and basic numeracy skills
- Good interpersonal relations and ability to work in a team
All shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a pre-entry practical exercise as part of the assessment process to determine suitability for the post.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support in recruitment, selection, and appointment processes within the province
- Support administration of conditions of service
- Assist with Performance Management and Development System (PMDS) processes
- Provide administrative support for Human Resource records management
- Capture and implement HR transactions on the PERSAL system, including:
- Appointments
- Injury on Duty
- Long Service Recognition
- Pensions
- Transfers
- Housing allowance
- Performance management
- Training administration
- Service termination
