To apply, you’ll need to access the SAYouth.mobi platform, a free network connecting young people to career and learning prospects. If you’ve forgotten your login details or can’t access your account, resetting your SAYouth.mobi login is simple. Follow this guide to regain access and apply for BEEI Phase V.

Step 1: Gather Your Essentials

Before resetting, ensure you have:

  • A phone or computer with internet access
  • The phone number used to register on SAYouth.mobi
  • Your South African ID number
  • Access to your registered email or phone for OTPs/reset links

Step 2: Navigate to SAYouth.mobi

  • Visit https://www.sayouth.mobi via your browser.
  • On mobile, search “SAYouth mobi” and select the top result.
  • On the homepage, locate the Login button at the top.

Step 3: Select “Forgot Password?”

  • On the login page, click Forgot Password? below the login fields.
  • Enter your registered phone number or email address.
  • Click Submit.
    Note: If your phone number has changed and isn’t updated, contact SAYouth support.

Step 4: Verify with OTP

  • An OTP (One-Time Pin) will be sent via SMS or email.
  • Enter the OTP on the website.
  • If the OTP doesn’t arrive within 5 minutes, request a resend.
  • Once verified, you’ll be prompted to set a new password.

Step 5: Set a New Password

  • Create a secure password (minimum 8 characters, mix of letters and numbers).
  • Avoid simple passwords like “12345678” or “password”.
  • Re-enter to confirm, then click Reset Password or Submit.
  • You’ll be redirected to the login page.

Step 6: Log In and Apply

  • Return to the login screen.
  • Enter your phone number and new password, then click Login.
  • Navigate to the Opportunities section to find and apply for BEEI Phase V roles.
