Description
Housekeeping (Room Attendee) is responsible for the following:
Changing bed linen and preparing beds;
Cleaning rooms, including the balconies and corridors;
Replace used towels, sweep and mop floors;
Vacuum Carpets and dust furniture;
Refill bath care products and restock the mini-bar with beverages and food items;
Clean public areas and report all technical issues and maintenance needs.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 10 or Matric qualification;
1-2 years of experience in industrial cleaning and room attendant experience
Competencies:
Knowledge of the standard operating procedures within the hospitality industry. Sound knowledge of food safety and quality regulations and legislation.
Industrial cleaning equipment and products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
