Entry Requirements
To qualify for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:
- Education: National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate Vocational NC(V) Level 4.
- Age: Applicants must be between 18 and 30 years old.
Programme Duration
The learnership spans 12 months and includes:
- 6 Months of Theory: Gain in-depth knowledge of professional cookery through classroom learning.
- 6 Months of Practical Training: Apply your skills in real-world settings, working in kitchens and preparing food.
Location Preference
Youth from Plettenberg Bay and Knysna are strongly encouraged to apply and will be given preference in the selection process.

- Highest School Grade Passed certificate.
- Bank Statement in your name.
- Proof of Residential Address with your name on the document.
