Role Overview
As a Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and staff, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience. This role involves managing the front desk, handling communications, and supporting administrative tasks to keep the Kriel office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming calls professionally, directing them to relevant departments.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 4).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English and Afrikaans.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a busy environment.

- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work collaboratively.
- Citizenship: South African citizen or permanent resident with legal work authorization.
