CCBSA invites South African youth to apply for its Sales Learnership Programme 2025. This 12-month paid learnership offers you a chance to gain valuable skills, industry experience, and a nationally recognized qualification.

What is the CCBSA Learnership?

This 12-month learnership is designed to train and develop future sales professionals. You’ll learn from industry experts and gain both theoretical and practical experience. The learnership is registered with the FoodBev SETA, which means you’ll receive a formal qualification after successful completion.

Who Can Apply?

To be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:

• South African citizen (ages 18-35)
• Grade 12 certificate (with 40% in Mathematics/Maths Literacy and English)
• Post-Matric qualification (only required for certain roles)
• Driver’s license (advantageous but required for some operational sites)
• Unemployed and NOT have previously completed a similar learnership at another company.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates who meet Employment Equity guidelines.

Updated CV (Highlight any sales experience!)
ID document (Make sure it’s clear and legible)
Matric Certificate/Exam Results (showing at least 40% for Maths and English)
Tertiary Qualification (only if applicable)
