• Must hold an N2 Certificate with relevant trade theory subjects.
• Must have completed a qualification related to the selected learnership field.

• Must have a valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• Must be medically fit for duties within a mining environment.
• Must have good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
