Who Can Apply – Minimum Requirements
To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:
- Graduates and diplomates with completed tertiary qualifications from a recognized South African university or college.
- Students needing P1/P2 experiential training with a recent letter from their institution confirming this requirement.
- Must be a South African citizen under the age of 35.
- Must live in one of Harmony Gold’s operational districts, which include:
- Free State: Lejweleputswa, Matjhabeng, Masilonyana
- North West: Dr Kenneth Kaunda, Ratlou, Moqhaka
- Gauteng: City of Johannesburg, Merafong City, West Rand
- Children of Harmony Gold employees are encouraged to apply.
- Must not have previously participated in a similar internship or training programme.
- Willingness to undergo a medical examination and security screening before placement.
