Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- ABET certificate
- No previous work experience required
- A valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage

Key Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist with general ground maintenance and infrastructure upkeep within the reserve. Duties include:
Ground Maintenance
- Irrigation and watering of plants and lawns
- Weeding, pruning, and trimming plants
- Cutting, seeding, and transplanting plants
- Lawn mowing and maintaining garden edges
- Maintaining flower beds
- Disposing of organic waste and digging compost
- Spraying plants and assisting with pest control
Infrastructure Maintenance
- Maintenance of gravel and paved roads
- Maintenance of painted surfaces and canals
- Unblocking drains
- Minor repairs to furniture
- Washing government vehicles
Environmental and Safety Support
- Assisting with firebreaks
- Participating in veld fire firefighting when required
