Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily site operations to meet planned production targets.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Conduct daily inspections of designated work areas and report any issues to supervisors.
- Support tailings management tasks, including monitoring and controlling dam levels.
- Adhere to all safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with team leaders and colleagues to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate or equivalent (N3 advantageous).
- 0-2 years of experience, preferably in mining, tailings operations, or construction.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical fitness to handle manual labor tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Strong commitment to safety and operational discipline.
- Proof of residence and South African citizenship or valid work permit.
