Job Purpose

As a General Worker at Display Wine, you will support the production team by performing essential tasks such as palletizing finished products, packing cartons, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. This permanent role, with an estimated salary of R6,000 per month, offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the wine industry while contributing to operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with palletizing finished wine products according to specifications.
• Inspect and pack cartons neatly, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Complete paperwork accurately to document production activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
• Maintain cleanliness in the production and storage areas.
• Support the team in general production tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Work overtime when required to meet production demands.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12/Matric certificate or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English (Afrikaans is an advantage).
• Physical fitness to handle manual tasks like lifting and palletizing.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours.
• Previous experience in palletizing or production is beneficial but not required.
• Reliable transport to and from Stellenbosch.
