Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be expected to support the efficient operation of the department’s stores by performing the following duties:
- Maintain a clean, organised, and functional store environment
- Issue stock according to inventory control policies and procedures
- Receive stock deliveries from external suppliers and ensure accurate recording
- Assist with stock level monitoring and replenishment
- Support general store administration and logistics
- Assist with moving furniture and equipment safely
- Conduct minor maintenance tasks and repairs when required
- Assemble furniture and equipment as needed
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Grade 10 or ABET certificate
- Knowledge of safe movement and removal of furniture or equipment
- Experience performing minor repair and maintenance tasks
- Experience with assembling furniture or equipment
- Ability to work in a store environment and maintain stock organisation
