Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 / Matric / Senior Certificate
- Code 10 valid Driver’s Licence with PDP
- Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Sound interpersonal and conflict management skills
- Honest, integrity-driven and compliance-oriented
Advantage: A relevant post-matric qualification will strengthen your application.
Experience: No previous work experience required.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating motor transport services
- Ensuring optimal utilisation of government vehicles
- Monitoring vehicle maintenance and related expenditure
- Keeping vehicles roadworthy and serviced regularly
- Ensuring vehicles are licensed on time
- Overseeing compliance with transport regulations
This role plays a crucial part in maintaining efficient government transport operations.
