✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Promote in-store deals and special offers.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately.

• Maintain high customer service standards and resolve complaints professionally.

🎯 Job Requirements:

To qualify for this exciting role, you must have:

• A Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
• At least 6 months of sales experience
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• A clear criminal record
• Reside within 15km of the job location
• Own a smartphone (a requirement for the application process)

• Knowledge of sales and marketing
• Customer service experience
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
