Candidate Profile
We are looking for self-motivated, proactive, and resilient young individuals who are:
- Passionate about sales and customer service.
- Strong communicators with a positive attitude.
- Driven to learn, grow, and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be aged 18–34 and South African citizens.
- Have a Matric certificate (NQF 4) or higher (NQF 5/6 diplomas and certificates are accepted).
- Be unemployed for at least the last 6 months.
- Not be studying currently.
- Have little or no work experience (less than 12 months, casual/part-time work acceptable).
- Not have participated in any previous FirstJob programme or worked for FirstRand.
- Have a good command of English.
- Have no criminal record and not be blacklisted.
- Be willing to undertake both a learnership and work experience simultaneously.
- Submit a recorded voice note as part of the screening process.
