Job Description
The Fidelity Training Academy is excited to offer internship positions in our Learning and Development Department.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a qualification in Assessment / Facilitation who are eager to gain practical workplace experience within the learning environment.
As Assessment Practitioner Intern, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals to assist in the facilitation and or assessment of training intervention.
This internship program provides hands-on experience that will give you the tools, knowledge and skills needed for a successful career as an assessment practitioner.
Duration: 24 Months
Requirements:
- Qualification in Assessment or Facilitation (ETQA)
- SASSETA / Services SETA Accreditation as an Assessor
- Strong Administrative Skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Driver License (Code 8)
