About the Job
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Fidelity Cash Solutions (FCS) team. This role involves handling cash with precision and ensuring all counting and verification processes are completed accurately.
As a Teller, you will report directly to the Counting House Manager and be responsible for managing client funds securely and efficiently.
Who Can Apply? (Minimum Requirements)

✅ Clear criminal record – Security is our top priority.
✅ Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
✅ Basic computer skills – You’ll need to operate money counting systems.
✅ At least 2 years’ experience as a cashier or in a similar role.
✅ Able to work under pressure – Accuracy and speed are key.
✅ Willing to work night shifts – Some shifts may be overnight.

What You’ll Do (Job Responsibilities)
As a Teller at Fidelity Services Group, your duties will include:
💰 Counting and verifying cash to ensure accuracy.
💰 Following strict cash-handling procedures for security.
💰 Operating money counting machines with efficiency.
💰 Packing cash for ATMs and ensuring proper documentation.
💰 Balancing and reconciling money to maintain accurate records.
