Job Purpose
The Inbound Sales – Call Centre Agent position with Fidelity Services Group’s SecureDrive division in Roodepoort is a permanent role designed for target-driven individuals with a Matric certificate and 3+ years of inbound sales call centre experience. You’ll sell telematics products telephonically, upsell to existing clients, and achieve sales and quality targets, ensuring high customer satisfaction. With a market-related salary (approximately R8,000–R12,000 per month plus commissions), this role offers stability and growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide accurate product information to clients.
- Sell multiple telematics products to new and existing clients from various lead platforms.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle client objections effectively, focusing on telephone etiquette and buying signals.
- Achieve minimum sales targets, daily talk time, and ARPU (Average Revenue Per User).
- Maintain a minimum QA and Compliance score of 90%.
- Accurately capture sales, client details, and schedule fitments.
- Adhere to call centre scripts and verify client information.
- Build sustainable client relationships by going the extra mile.
- Request referral leads from all clients to generate new business.
- Liaise with clients via email when required.
- Work one Saturday per month and be flexible for after-hours shifts.

Eligibility Criteria
- South African citizen with a valid ID, aged 18–35.
- Matric certificate (Grade 12).
- Minimum 3 years of inbound sales call centre experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work weekends (one Saturday per month) and after-hours if needed.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in telematics or security product sales.
- Familiarity with call centre software or CRM systems.
