About the Experian Consumer Care Learnership 2026
The Consumer Care Learnership plays a critical role in supporting Experian’s compliance with the National Credit Regulator (NCR), ensuring both legal adherence and the protection of consumer trust. Based in Stellenbosch, this full-time learnership provides participants with hands-on experience in consumer dispute management and customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing inbound calls to resolve queries related to credit reports
- Handling consumer complaints received via email, web forms, and social media platforms
- Capturing, investigating, and closing disputes in alignment with NCR regulations
- Supporting Experian’s self-service platform, Up, including activations and troubleshooting
- Engaging with consumers across multiple digital channels such as WhatsApp, Facebook, HelloPeter, and the Experian chatbot.
Learnership Requirements
Applicants are expected to meet the following qualifications and skills:
- Grade 12 qualification (NQF Level 4)
- Customer Service Certificate
- Previous experience in a Contact Centre environment
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Digital adaptability and social media proficiency
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated teamwork, accountability, and target orientation
- Familiarity with Experian’s values and commitment to innovation.
