Logistics Data Capturer

Salary: R15 000 basic negotiable
An established international export company based in Tygervalley is seeking to appoint a detail-oriented Data Capturer to join their logistics team. The role requires strong administrative accuracy, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure during peak export months.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric with Pure Mathematics
- Proficiency in Excel and Pastel Evolution
- 5+ years’ data capturing experience
- Valid driver’s licence
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture Purchase Orders, Costings, Sales Orders, and Invoices on Pastel
- Update and reconcile stock sheets to Pastel
- Email Sales Orders to customers and Purchase Orders to suppliers
- Liaise with clients regarding Purchase Orders and collect invoices
- Reconcile client accounts and 3rd party supplier invoices on Pastel
- Prepare and update monthly management reports
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties as required
