What You’ll Do in the Eskom YES Programme
Successful applicants will join the Contact Centre Department at Eskom’s LimLanga Cluster in Emalahleni. You’ll work under a 12-month contract, gaining hands-on experience while learning important job skills.
During your time in the programme, you’ll get to understand how Eskom serves millions of South Africans through customer care and communication. You’ll also be exposed to Eskom’s values of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus — skills that will benefit you in any future career.
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following basic requirements:
- You must be a South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 34.
- You must have Grade 12 (Matric) or an equivalent qualification.
- You should not be studying full-time in 2025.
- You must not have been employed continuously for more than one year by a single employer.
- You must not have participated in the YES Programme before.
