ERS Biometrics is on the search for applicants who would like to obtain theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge through their learnership programme. ERS Biometrics is looking for enthusiastic and computer-literate individuals to join their Learnership program. Participants in this role will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the company’s working environment while providing telephonic and technical support to clients. All tasks will be carried out in alignment with the company’s standards and expectations. This is an in-office position, offering direct engagement with the team and hands-on experience in a dynamic workplace.

The program offers a compensation package of R5,500.00 CTC per month, which will be adjusted monthly based on performance. The Learnership will be held at ERS Biometrics’ office located in Route 21 Business Park, Irene, Gauteng. It spans a total of 7 months, with ongoing performance assessments to evaluate participants’ progress. The program is set to begin on 13 January 2025, offering an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to develop their skills in a professional setting.

You will also be required to perform the duties below:

• Provide telephonic, onsite, and remote application support for both software and hardware
• Conduct call-outs for enrolment and swap-outs
• Offer email support to clients
• Make courtesy calls to follow up with customers
• Facilitate the setup of accounts and scheduling for clients
• Assist with technical support, training, bookings, and sales administration.
