Enza Construction Opens Learnership Opportunities for 2025 – Apply Before the Deadline
Enza Construction invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for their Contract Skills Development Goal (CSDG) Learnership Programme Intake 2025. The closing date for applications is 20 October 2025.
If you are a student in construction or engineering and you’ve been waiting for the right chance to gain practical experience in the built environment, this is the perfect opportunity. Enza Construction, a respected name in South Africa’s infrastructure and construction sector, is offering a unique learnership through its Contract Skills Development Goal (CSDG) Programme. This programme is designed to give learners hands-on experience, mentorship, and real industry knowledge that can set them up for a successful career.
Many young people struggle to bridge the gap between studying and gaining real-world skills. Enza Construction is stepping in to close that gap by opening doors for students who are ready to learn and grow in the construction industry.
What the CSDG Learnership is All About
The Enza Construction CSDG Learnership Programme 2025 is all about giving learners the chance to apply their classroom knowledge in real work environments. Learners will be placed on actual construction projects where they will learn directly from experienced professionals. This is not just about observing; learners will actively take part in meaningful tasks that will boost their confidence and sharpen their skills.
On top of this, learners will receive a monthly stipend in line with the CIDB Standards for Developing Skills through Infrastructure (Gazette 36760). This means you will earn while you learn, which makes the programme even more valuable.
Enza’s dedicated team will guide learners with mentorship and training, making sure each learner is prepared for the future.
