About the EnFloTech Draughting Learnership 2026
EnFloTech is accepting applicants interested in theoretical knowledge and practical skills focusing on 2D and 3D technical draughting with their learnership. The EnFloTech Draughting Learnership Programme helps earners gain hands-on experience in both 2D and 3D technical draughting, while also developing competencies in document control, engineering change management processes, and professional conduct within a workplace environment. The programme runs for a period of 18 months and is aligned with the requirements set by the relevant Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA).
As a learner, you will be required to deliver the following outcomes:
- Create precise 2D and 3D engineering drawings using CAD software
- Implement established draughting standards, including proper tolerances and dimensioning
- Manage drawing records, revisions, and document control systems
- Assist with the processing and implementation of Engineering Change Notices (ECNs)
- Understand and interpret fundamental mechanical and engineering design specifications
- Exhibit professional conduct in the workplace while adhering to safety regulations and collaborating effectively with team members
Learners are provided with a monthly stipend in accordance with the terms outlined in the signed learnership agreement. The programme is offered as a fixed-term learnership and does not constitute a permanent employment contract. Opportunities for placement in permanent positions may be considered after completion of the programme, depending on the learner’s performance, the availability of vacancies, and the organization’s operational needs.
Eligibility Criteria

The EnFloTech Draughting Learnership Eligibility Criteria are as follows:
1. Basic Qualifications
- Obtain a Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Achieve at least 60% in Mathematics
- Achieve at least 60% in Physical Science
- Register for, or ensure eligibility for, an accredited Draughting / Engineering Drawing learnership (NQF aligned)
- Hold a valid South African ID
- Provide a valid police clearance certificate
- Possess a valid driver’s licence
2. Work Competencies
- Demonstrate the capability to create precise 2D and 3D engineering drawings using CAD software
- Show a clear understanding of draughting standards, including tolerances and proper dimensioning practices
- Manage drawing logs, revision records, and document control procedures effectively
- Possess a foundational knowledge of mechanical and engineering design principles
- Interpret technical drawings and related engineering data with clarity
- Maintain a high level of precision and careful attention to detail
