Duties;

Ensure the restaurant’s preparation is thorough and stocks are full before opening and throughout their shifts
Perform all ordering, serving and billing tasks accurately, accordingly to the restaurant’s standards
Assist in the management of the well-equipped kitchen, strictly adhering to all health and
Safety regulations, and reporting equipment breakages promptly
Perform ad hoc tasks professionally as requested by restaurant management, including room service, bar tenders and banqueting functions
Prioritise all aspects of customer service
Work as part of a team and individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately.
