Role Summary
Manages day-to-day store functions, including stock movements, picking, and general warehouse organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Pick stock for customer orders and dispatch.
Replenish shelves and support stock movements.
Assist in cycle counts and bin checks.
Maintain order and cleanliness in store.
Support documentation of movements.
Essential Requirements
Inventory or warehouse experience.
Ability to follow instructions and processes.
Physical fitness for lifting and movement.
Beneficial Requirements
Basic system or scanner literacy.
Forklift or pallet jack exposure.
Work Environment & Compensation
Location: Regional Office.
Travel Requirements: None.
Working Hours: Warehouse hours.
Compensation Range: In line with relevant industry benchmarks for Paterson grade.
