Post Description
Information Technology (IT) Trainee.
Minimum Requirements
IT NCV Level 4 or Comptia A+ or N+.
Duties
Basic repairs to printers or make recommendations for repairs;
Network configuration and maintenance;
Installation of printers;
Reset student passwords;
Make recommendations for ordering of computer parts as needed;
Rendering customer service;
Assist offices at campus or head office with network operations;
Loading software;
Issuing student cards.
Date of Commencement
As soon as possible.
