Post Description
Data Capturer.
Requirements
Matric or Grade 12;
National Diploma in Management Assistant or Equivalent;
0-1 years appropriate experience;
Knowledge of data capturing;
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office and Outlook;
Understanding application and interpretation of office management;
Knowledge of ITS.
Duties
Capturing of marks;
Knowledge of ITS;
Capturing timetables;
Customer service;
Printing of registers;
Capturing attendance registers;
Answering the phone;
Attending to general enquiries;
Capturing data;
Assisting with registration;
Knowledge of finance;
Report writing.
