Introduction

Tracker is currently recruiting for a Driver who will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and responsible movement of vehicles within a vehicle manufacturer’s stock yard.

The successful candidate will transport vehicles to designated locations while strictly complying with all safety standards and operational procedures. This role requires a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a firm commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities

Plan routes in advance to ensure the most efficient travel.
Collect clients at agreed times and locations.
Adjust routes to avoid traffic congestion or roadworks where necessary.
Ensure vehicles are kept clean and presentable at all times.
Transport goods between Tracker Connect regions.
Operate shuttle services for staff members.
Follow instructions from the Supervisor, Fleet Controller, and Department Manager.
Request, receive, and process NATIS documentation and spare keys.
Move vehicles to designated areas within the yard.
Conduct daily detailed vehicle quality inspections.
Maintain an organised and efficient storage yard to support client service requirements.
Comply with all road safety rules and company regulations.
Demonstrate sound knowledge of traffic laws, safety standards, and city routes.
