Job Responsibilities:
- Escalate serious and unresolved customer complaints to the manager
- Provide high levels of customer care and service
- Demonstrate products through makeovers, promotions, and activities
- Manage stock levels, report shortages and damages
- Ensure merchandising and displays are attractive
- Achieve department, brand, and vendor sales targets
- Keep up to date with products, brands, and retail industry trends
- Manage promotions and salon appointments
- Adhere to policies, SOPs, health, and safety regulations
Essential:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Retail experience as a sales consultant
- Computer literate
- Willing and able to work retail hours
