These permanent government jobs are ideal for applicants with basic education, no prior experience (for some posts), and an interest in facility management and cleaning services.

Requirements
- Grade 10 / Standard 8 / NQF Level 3 or equivalent
- Good interpersonal and basic communication skills
- Basic literacy
- Ability to perform routine cleaning duties
- Knowledge of cleaning materials and equipment (advantage)
Duties
- Clean court rooms and holding cells
- Clean toilets, basins, wall tiles and floors
- Sweep and wash passages, offices and pavements
- Scrub, mop and polish floors
- Dust and polish furniture
- Clean windows, doors and walls
- Vacuum offices and strip floors when required
