Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
- No experience required (0–6 months accepted)
- Knowledge of UIF Act, Contributions Act, Employment Services Act, PFMA, POPIA, Labour Legislation
- Skills: Customer service, time management, telephone etiquette, interpretation of legislation, conflict management
Duties Include
- Provide front desk and screening services
- Process UIF benefit applications
- Register payment continuation forms
- Perform general administrative duties
- Conduct employment registration and referrals via ESSA system
- Participate in advocacy and awareness programmes
