Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months’ appropriate experience in communication
- Computer literacy
- Valid driver’s license
Added Advantage
- Diploma or Degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Media Studies, or a related field

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of communication principles and media processes
- Sound interpersonal relations
- Project planning and report-writing skills
- Strong administrative abilities

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Provide administrative support for communication activities
- Assist with internal and external communication initiatives
- Support the production of publications
- Assist with photography and branding services
- Help coordinate events and campaigns
- Conduct daily media monitoring
- Support social media management
- Assist with stakeholder engagement and media relations
This role offers practical experience in public sector communication, media relations, and government branding.
