Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be able to read and write
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willing to work shifts, including night shifts
- Hospital cleaning experience will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness across different areas of the hospital. Duties include:
- Cleaning wards, offices, corridors, floors, and boardrooms
- Washing windows, doors, benches, and bed wheels
- Cleaning patients’ lockers, staff lockers, fridges, bathrooms, and toilets
- Cleaning kitchens, curtains, and performing high dusting
- Ensuring that cleaning checklists are completed and updated
- Collecting and returning food trolleys to the main kitchen
- Washing and maintaining kitchen utensils
- Replacing toilet paper, hand towels, and air refreshers
- Cleaning machines and equipment after use
- Requesting cleaning materials when stock is low
