Job Purpose
The Data Capturer manages claims processing for value-only credits (VOC) within the debtor’s team, ensuring accurate data capture and efficient administrative support. This permanent role offers stable employment for youth with finance and administrative skills in the logistics sector.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as backup for other Data Capturers during sick or annual leave.
- Capture and process all claims workflows and Activity Tracker approvals.
- Ensure credit memos are sent to supervisors for billing.
- Investigate and resolve credit memo queries.
- Maintain strong interdivisional/interdepartmental liaisons.

Eligibility Criteria
- South African citizen with a valid ID.
- Matric certificate (Grade 12).
- Finance Qualification (e.g., certificate, diploma in finance or accounting).
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience (e.g., data capturing, claims processing).
- Clear criminal record, verified via background checks.
Required Skills
- Attention to detail for accurate data capturing.
- Proficiency in basic administrative tasks.
- Deadline-driven with strong time management.
- Ability to drive efficiencies in processes.
- Excel experience (required); SAP experience (preferred).
