Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 or NCV Level 4 qualification
- Basic computer literacy
- Knowledge of student learner capturing systems
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment with students and staff
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting student administration through accurate data capturing and record management.
Main duties include:
- Capturing student information on the ITS system
- Verifying and proofreading data to ensure accuracy
- Registering students on the ITS system
- Printing proof of registration
- Filing and sorting applications and admission forms
- Organizing and maintaining student records
- Calculating campus statistics
- Conducting student data verification
- Interpreting college and departmental policies
- Completing tasks within required timeframes
- Assisting with administrative tasks as instructed by supervisors
