Description
Right to Care is recruiting Data Capturers (X7) within Ehlanzeni District.
Capturing of HIV patient data
Capture all relevant patient data on site on Tier.net
Reach daily targets for number of files captured and/or updated, as agreed upon with Line Managers.
Respect patient confidentiality at all times.
Assist clerks during unexpected staff shortages for brief periods of time
Compile routine statistical information/reports.
Receive, register and track records or documents submitted for further processing in the administration component of the institution.
Capture routine transactions on the system such as the transfer of information from manual records to electronic documents.
Provide routine and administrative maintenance services
Update and file records.
Continuous updating of information on the for reporting purposes.
Requirements
Required Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Matric
Post-matric certificate in computer literacy Including Excel, OR equivalent experience,
Basic knowledge of HIV/AIDS
1-year experience in data capturing
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
Post-matric diploma in computer literacy Including Excel, OR equivalent experience
2 years’ experience in data capturing
