Minimum Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- No prior experience required
- Exposure to a data capturing or administrative environment will be an advantage
Added Advantages:
- Knowledge of clerical duties and administrative practices
- Ability to capture data accurately
- Computer literacy (databases, spreadsheets, tables)
- Basic understanding of statistics collection
Key Responsibilities
Data Capturing
- Receiving and recording information
- Capturing data into databases, spreadsheets, and required formats
Data Verification
- Identifying and correcting missing or incorrect data
- Reviewing and validating records
- Submitting accurate data reports
Data Management
- Performing regular data backups
- Updating registers and statistics
Record Keeping
- Maintaining organized files and records
- Ensuring secure storage of documents
- Providing information to relevant departments
