Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate warehouse stock control operations while capturing relevant data
- Assist in managing supply chain data to ensure continuous stock availability
- Accurately capture information to help manage supply and demand
- Monitor and support tagging, boxing, and labelling processes
- Maintain efficient flow of stock from storage to required departments
- Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure budget-aligned purchasing
- Handle inter-branch transfer queries professionally and promptly
- Submit timely and accurate reports
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a data capturing role, ideally within a warehouse or similar industry
- Strong knowledge of inventory management practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised with effective time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
