Key Responsibilities
- Process sales contracts from clients, sales consultants, brokers, dealers, and business partners
- Schedule Tracker fitments with Fitment Centres and in-house technicians
- Manage and adjust technician job schedules to maintain efficiency
- Handle Business Service Requests and provide technical support coordination
- Follow up on contract loading and ensure accurate data capture (Lead Sources and Pricing Sources)
- Prepare and distribute statistics to sales consultants, brokers, dealers, and fitment centres
- Attend to queries from clients and partners, escalating and following up until resolved
- Provide insurance certificates when required
- Manage incoming calls and deliver professional customer support
- Liaise with internal teams, head office staff, sales teams, corporates, and external partners
- Deliver service to both existing and prospective clients while protecting company and customer interests
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Experience in logistics or vehicle tracking industries (advantageous)
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
