Cummins South Africa offers a 12-month learnership program designed for persons with disabilities who are eager to gain hands-on exposure in Sales, Administration, and General Management. Based in Cape Town, the program provides a structured learning experience within a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and distributing sales reports to provide business insights and support leadership decision-making
- Ensuring compliance with sales quotes, invoices, and financial accuracy
- Building customer satisfaction through excellent service and proactive communication
- Analyzing data to identify patterns and opportunities for business improvements
- Recording leave schedules and preparing monthly summaries to support HR functions
- Managing consumables and office supply records to optimize efficiency and prevent shortages
- Handling Purchase Order (PO) requests and queries to streamline financial operations
- Processing cash and EFT payments from sales teams to maintain revenue transparency
- Coordinating meeting logistics, capturing minutes, and updating notice boards with internal communication.
Learnership Requirements

- A Matric certificate or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification

- Prior customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory
